Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

Security

Notify us immediately at support@slickalgo.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available.

Team/Organization Accounts

If you join an organization or workspace, certain administrators may control your access and settings. Your use may be subject to your organization's policies.

Customer Data

You (or your organization) retain ownership of Customer Data submitted to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Service and as otherwise permitted under these Terms.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent required by law or your procurement needs, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply; contact us at privacy@slickalgo.com for details.

Data Export

Before termination or account closure, you are responsible for exporting any Customer Data you wish to retain, subject to available export functionality.

Your License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You will not (and will not permit others to):

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by law
• remove or obscure proprietary notices
• use the Service to develop a competing product
• resell, rent, lease, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted
• circumvent technical restrictions or security measures

Ownership

We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Feedback

You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate any feedback or suggestions you provide without restriction or compensation.

Fees

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our pricing page or in an order form.

Payment

You authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed by governmental authorities (excluding our income taxes).

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Late Payments

We may suspend or limit access for overdue accounts. Interest may accrue on late amounts to the maximum rate permitted by law.

No Refunds

Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Trials

If you register for a free trial, access is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be limited. At the end of the trial, continued use may require entering a paid plan.

Plan Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades may take effect at the next renewal. Changes may impact available features, limits, and pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via in-product settings or by contacting support@slickalgo.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund unless expressly stated.

Term

These Terms remain effective until terminated.

Suspension

We may suspend access immediately for:

• violations of these Terms or policies
• non-payment
• suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk
• to comply with law

Termination by You

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

Termination by Us

We may terminate for cause upon notice if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure within 10 days of notice (where a cure is possible). We may terminate immediately in cases of severe breach or legal prohibition.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may delete or anonymize Customer Data after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations. Certain sections survive termination (including Sections 5, 10–13, 15, 18–19).

General Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Beta/Preview Features

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete or change at any time, and are provided without warranties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable order forms and policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Service.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or hosting failures, or governmental actions.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Relationship

The parties are independent contractors; these Terms do not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture.
